Companies with the Most Employees in the World

Big Company?

Recently, I am attending graduate school, so I am working part-time. I am moving and organizing things.

I have been contacted by several large companies, but since my studies are the priority, I am only working for a short period of time.

Which company has the most employees in the world? Do countries with large populations have many employees?

The company manages a large workforce across various sectors, including physical stores, distribution centers, e-commerce, and customer service.

To maintain low prices, Walmart leverages bulk purchasing and economies of scale, necessitating a massive number of employees.

Customer Service-Oriented Operations

As a retail business that directly interacts with customers, Walmart requires a high number of store employees and logistics staff.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Walmart operates one of the world's largest supply chain and logistics networks, which demands a significant workforce in distribution centers and delivery services.

My Thoughts

As expected, the United States is the land of the living! Walmart is a company that feels like E-Mart in Korea, but since the United States has a large land area and a large population, it has a lot of employees!

Most countries with large populations have a lot of employees.

The company with the most employees in Korea is Samsung Electronics, with about 124,804 employees.

What do you think is the best company?
